John C. Valdez

John C. Valdez is a leading attorney in employment-based immigration. A published author of immigration articles, John  dedicates himself to helping employers, investors, entrepreneurs, professionals, and skilled workers navigate the complex  areas of immigration and nationality law to obtain visas.  

John graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1995, where he earned membership in “Who’s Who in American Law Students.”   Before leaving law school, he clerked for a major immigration law firm, where he developed his passion for helping  immigrants and their employers.  John currently has a wide range of clients, including large multi-national corporations as  well as start-up entities in diverse fields such as high tech, biotechnology, engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, accounting,  and education.  He also helps exceptionally talented individuals process extraordinary ability and national interest waiver  petitions.
