Stephen read Jurisprudence at Oxford University, then qualified as an English solicitor in London. After five years as a corporate lawyer in a Magic Circle firm, he moved to Singapore to specialize in asset and project finance, becoming the Managing Partner in Singapore and Global Head of the English Law practice at international firm of Wikborg Rein. He left private practice in 2012 to take up a position as Executive Chairman of a shipping company and now holds a number of NED positions.
Stephen serves as a Director of Dye Global Immigration Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
